Angela Williams, a Dallas, Texas native and creatively known as "ANGEL", is an Entrepreneur, Master Stylist, Event coordinator, and President of PRG SErvices non-Profit.  She has had a passion for hair at the tender age of 8 years old. Since then she has become a licensed stylist  and has been making women, men, and childern feel good about themselves through hair for over 17years.  Her natural gift of art and combining it with hair has awarded her many first place awards in several hair shows. When you meet her you will instantly know you are in good hands because she gives honset advise to you when you're  making decisions about your hair.
